Evening Meditations


Meditation allows us to calm, rest and listen.

Our meditation series is designed to have different voices, techniques and experiences. We strive to be a place for the beginner and the advanced. Types of meditation include guided, sound and journeys. Our Meditation Facilitators are experienced and provide unique experiences, every time. Our Thursday/Sunday evening sessions are about an hour long and include breathing techniques and the Meditation Facilitator’s specialty!
