February Wellness Group: Being B.A.D.

Sometimes self-sabotage simply means we need to be BAD. B=break from routine, A=act naughty, D= do crazy fun stuff. I call this the Rebellious Inner Child Syndrome. Sometimes acting “”BAD”” can help nourish your spirit and body to create balance. In this fun series we will work together to find what nourishes our minds and bodies while being “”BAD”” as we break free from our regular routine.”
Wellness Share is a group meeting, for those curious to discover and contribute ways to empower yourself and others in creating a healthier version of you, through mental clarity and physical alignment.
During the Wellness Share we will be celebrating victories, learning to create healthier habits through foods, movement and becoming aware of our personal boundaries; either physical or mental. And discovering how to create your healthy road map to life.
We will have guest speakers, and exercises planned each month.
