January Wellness Group: Movement for your MIND and your Body

Join us as Kate kicks off monthly Wellness Share Group.
Wellness Share is a group meeting, for those curious to discover and contribute ways to empower yourself and others in creating a healthier version of you, through mental clarity and physical alignment.
During the Wellness Share we will be celebrating victories, learning to create healthier habits through foods, movement and becoming aware of our personal boundaries; either physical or mental. And discovering how to create your healthy road map to life.
We will have guest speakers, and exercises planned each month.
January: Movement for your mind and body!
Are you ready to exercise your body and your mind? Movement and brain health are inherently interconnected, and research suggests that physical exercise is just as beneficial for the brain as it is for the body. Creating movement for your mind and body helps to cultivate balance in your life. We will work together to create techniques you can put into play for the new year to get you balanced both physically and mentally.
