January Thursday Evening Meditations at Spirit Tree!

Reducing the clutter in our minds helps us make more space for creativity and clear thinking. This meditation will start with a short tapping (EFT/Emotional Freedom Technique) session to address issues that contribute to clutter in our mental space. A guided mediation will then lead us on a journey to let go of ideas that do not serve our highest good. Prepare to feel empowered and inspired!
Karen Nerney of Gratitude Place will lead this meditation.
Each week we kick off promptly at 6PM. Meditations last from 45 minutes to and hour each Thursday.
